This study focuses on the development of a reference model business processes within enterprises providing public services in field real estate. The revealed key features process approach system state regulation estate market, considered organizational foundations activities and technological institutions, modelled main enterprise at top detail level. Based detailed representation main, managing supporting processes, was developed.
